“We’re marching to Gaza because this catastrophe cannot continue.”

Standing Together write to supporters about their three-day march from Tel Aviv to the Gaza border.

We just started a three-day march from Tel Aviv to the Gaza border because we refuse this intolerable reality. Dozens of us are marching today, representing the majority of the Israeli public, against this war of annihilation and abandonment of the hostages. We won’t stop until the killing of tens of thousands of people and the starvation end for good.

Especially now, when our government is orchestrating an aid distribution crisis, with more than a hundred people reportedly already killed while trying to get humanitarian aid, our role is to refuse the death and destruction and to show that there is another way. There is peace, justice, and real equality for everyone on this land.

Banner reads: Saving the hostages, refusing the war.

We’re fighting for Palestinians and for the hostages in captivity – but we’re also fighting for all of us. This war is catastrophic for everyone in Gaza, and it cannot make anyone in our society safer. The only way to do that is through a diplomatic agreement that ensures a just, lasting peace on this land.
