Public meeting: Solidarity in Action — Experiences of Protective Presence

This year, Friends of Standing Together is supporting "Protect The Harvest", an international protective presence initiative in solidarity with Palestinian olive farmers. As part of our efforts to promote this work, London Friends of Standing Together is hosting this public discussion meeting with three supporters who have taken part in protective/solidarity presence activity in the past. We'll hear from Beau Sebastian, Marcia Gamsu, and David Bier about their experiences, with time for questions and discussion.
As armed settlers launch violent attacks against Palestinians across the occupied West Bank, activists from Israel and beyond are mobilising for "Protective Presence" efforts — organised initiatives aimed at standing with Palestinian communities to resist violence.
